Advice.  We advise technology companies on transactions and commercial contracts, IP strategy, regulatory issues, legal structure and general business strategy.  Our clients include one of the world's largest telecommunications companies, which we advise on global regulatory issues including information security and law enforcement.

M&A / Private Equity / Venture Capital.  For both buyers and sellers of businesses, we handle due diligence and IP strategy.  For companies selling businesses or assets, we provide assistance ranging from focused advice to management of the full sale process.  We often work with Solidus Private Equity on investment and financing transactions, as well as various investment fund projects.

Investments.  We make angel investments in promising early-stage companies, primarily in the technology sector.  Current investments include communications services and hardware, solar power, medical devices and mobile home communities.  Our managing director Maury Shenk frequently serves as director or advisor for investee companies.
